What we're up to

The site is full of useful information for teens and parents on topics such as sexual health, illegal drugs, information for boys and girls and the fun area with a new game; can you beat the high score?

SHOWT card

SHOWT condom card scheme is a confidential, free service where young people aged between 14-25 yrs can access free condoms.

There are now over 3,500 young people registered on the scheme throughout Sunderland, and this number continues to grow.

We have over 40 outlets across the city.

Hello, welcome to Just SHOWT the Sexual Health Website set up for young people, teachers, youth workers, health professionals and anyone else interested in Sexual Health.

This site was developed by staff of Sunderland TPCT and young people from across the city. The aim of the site is to offer current and up to date information about sexual health, and loads of other stuff.

Continued self-education to 'keep up' with your kids is vital nowadays. Things have certainly changed since we were kids. (Hmmm, that sounds like my father speaking). Have you watched your kids program a video recorded - sorry, a DVD recorder! It comes as second nature to them, so think about how times have changed in regards to attitudes over sex and/or drugs.

Have you ever seen a news clip involving a death caused by drugs and thought to yourself "how did the parents not know this was happening?" Makes you think doesn't it.
